against Australia. They believed that five fast bowlers, two spinners and two wicket keepers will provide flexibility to the side.

     With Srilanka in the finals of CB series, it will fancy its chances to win the Asia cup as the South Asian Islanders have excellent record in this tournament & have played final of Asia cup more than the other two Asian giants. 14 member squad have been selected for this purpose which include the returning of seekkuge prasanna and Lakmal.
